Room smelled funky, service slow at checkout.

We liked the location, good clean rooms and very helpful staff.

The lady at the desk was great and very friendly

The bed was dirty to soft I felt like I was sinking into it the bathtub was dirty

Couple seeking quality service

The staff treated us like family from check in to when we left. The beds were comfortable enough that we actually slept really well after a long drive.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Very comfy bed

I had to repeatedly connect to the wi-fi. The workout facility was a joke. We wanted to use it, but the weights were flimsy.

i think the breakfast could be a bit more, ess on the hot items.in that there isn"t anmy bisquits and gravy or hot meat of bacon or saugage

Comfortable beds and convenient fridge in the room. Breakfast hours end too early on weekends.

The rooms with a fridge, nice bedding and a multigrain bar. Good service provided with smiles...

Arrived and said one of the rooms booked was unavailable. Suggested we all share one room or go some where else. As they had already told some body else all hotels in the area were fully booked . This was not an option after 40 minutes and intervention from booking .com a room was miraculously found.

The room had a comfy bed and a clean bathroom with all the essentials. Compared to my last disappointing experience in gillette, this place definitely exceeded my expectations.

internet connection was spotty

They placed us in a suite which was large and spotlessly clean. The staff was especially helpful and solved our problems immediately. The hotel had indeed a good and comfy location to the sports bar next door.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff provided friendly service. Breakfast had nice options. It was a good experience 😊

The room was super clean, and the bathroom was perfect for my needs with a shower chair and support bars. The beds were comfy. Plus, the hot breakfast was good!

The Queen Room was super clean, with a cozy bed, a nice work desk, and a fridge for snacks. The complimentary breakfast offered a decent selection.

the entrance had buckets collecting dripping water (a bit alarming! ). the room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. i loved having a good amount of vanity space at the sink. and the fast elevator was a nice touch!
